Private QuickBooks integration

The QuickBooks integration is provided only for Rainbow Interests personnel and other users expressly authorized by Rainbow Interests. A user must also have valid authority from each QuickBooks company connected to the integration. Access to one company does not grant access to another company.

Authorized users are responsible for reviewing commands before running them, using preview or dry-run features when appropriate, protecting their local device and credentials, and confirming the accuracy of any accounting changes. The integration must not be used to access, alter, export, or disclose data without authorization.

Third-party service

The integration relies on QuickBooks Online, Intuit APIs, and the official Intuit CLI. Those services are governed by Intuit's terms and policies. Rainbow Interests does not control their availability, behavior, or security. Authorization may be revoked by the QuickBooks company administrator or by Intuit.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the site’s original text, design, and other content are owned by or licensed to Rainbow Interests, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, marks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
